I always knew I was a special person. I'd like to think I help people in a way. Being a leader is one, I give good advice, make good choices, met goals, and stand up for myself. Along my journey I have met some not so good people. I asked around to see how I was being viewed. Some said I was intimidating. A few said nothing. As frustrating as it sounds living it is even harder. I can't recall having any solid connections. People are always in and out of my life. Even my parents.
They say some are in your life for a reason and some for a season. I believe that to be true. I have learned a great deal of patience during the experiences. I've never met anyone I could relate to except for this one person. It's like we totally got each other but that little hope I had inside that this person would stick around was a figment of my imagination. You see he only came In and out of my life as if I were a phase. I waited around to see if he would view me differently as a person. Instead he gave me the cold shoulder and ghosted me like i was a distraction. All I ever wanted was an earthly friend.
Believe me when i tell you this changed my entire approach to meeting anyone. Now I have to be strategic. Make a checklist and study them for quit some time before I can get comfortable. Imagine being such an open person to being guarded like i wear a suit or armor. Situations will change you. Change how you view people, places, and things. I started to look at every situation as karma. Like it was coming after me.
There is good karma and there is bad karma. I asked myself What did I do to deserve the treatment? I had no clue. But I can say that it made me go within and find myself on a deeper level. I now have a secure job. I'm stable. I'm independent. I don't have to worry about anyone coming to my rescue. I no longer question who I am.
Did I mention I am a spiritual person. I like to believe once I was an angel then Satan tried to put his hands on me but little did he know I'm protected. So it just gave me power over him instead. I say all of these things to encourage you. If you feel like you are not getting anywhere with connections or anything in your life. Try to see how it influence your life before you begin to worry. The things that brought me the most pain. Also gave me the most gain. Kept me on my toes and helped me level up. How? Well it's because I know my worth! I also wanted someone else to see it so I go harder.
This has liberated me so much that I forgot all about the things that bothered me and began to focus on my journey. I hope you will too! This message is for those who feel like giving up! Hold change is coming!
