Inspiring Ingredients of a Great Leader!

Updated: Oct 19, 2022

What can you remember growing up? Do you remember any of your favorite toys? Did you have any aspirations? I'm proud to say I had big dreams when I was a teenager. I could imagine playing my keyboard in a concert. I could also imagine myself being famous. I always wondered what it would be like to be on tv or the radio. When I was in high school I loved music so much that I played in the band. My favorite instrument was the snare drum. It's just something about the beat of a drum that tuned with the rhythm of my heart. I loved to sing, dance, rap, and craft. I enjoy these hobbies so much that I decided to make a business out of it.

Music, crafting, art, designing is my passion. I have seen so many people succeed at doing things they enjoyed, I think to myself daily, "Why not me?" Certainly I am capable of success. I once heard a Pastor say many times in his sermon that purpose skips process. I believe that when God has a plan He perfects His plan so that it may manifest. When He says yes, no one can say no. We can never know or understand His true plans, all that we can do is be prepared to do His duties. It is a privilege to have craftsmanship. God created us to be good stewards as He was in the beginning of time when He creates us!

Leadership is a gift and one has to be able to guide people. When we lead someone we guide them in the right direction. We are then held accountable for them because of the things they follow. We must show sincerity and professionalism. No one wants to be lost or left out and that is a great reason to become a great leader. With entrepreneurship comes leadership and then follows partnerships. I have always considered myself as a team leader. Someone who can be in charge of tasks that someone else couldn't fathom handling. I am learning to be a strong leader, I am learning to deal with conflict and take steps to deal with them. That is a great trait to have as a business owner/CEO.

Professionalism is another great trait to have, it shows the customer/merchants the sincerity of the product you provide. Giving them a genuine idea of who you are as a person first and then as a person of good business.
